I've been weight training for over eight years. I started out just as you'd imagine: skinny, weak, and looking to build some size and strength. I quickly fell in love with weight training, more specifically, strength training. This led me to seek out more information and to earn my personal training certification to help men and women with a wide variety of goals.
I'll take all the knowledge and experience I've gained over the last eight years to create a powerful and straight forward program that will help you build a strong and lean physique.
